We are all o.k. It's o.k. not to have all the answers and it's o.k. to fail. - Really?
The ability to check-in with ourselves and become aware of how we are really doing is an essential skill for leaders of all kind. And it starts with leading ourselves.
Once we become aware and share with each other, we start to connect. Consequently, we can take the responsibility for using all our resources and talents to create, to innovate and to struggle together through difficult times. The difference being, it feels compassionate and accountable at the same time while we preserve our dignity. It takes courage? Yes, but what's the alternative?
Check out Compassionate Accountability™, a simple yet powerful mindset and a tool for owning up to our full potential. In the US, with our colleagues from Next Element and here, in Europe with us, at the Vienna School of Negotiation.
