Sonja Rauschütz, Founder and Managing Partner of the Vienna School of Negotiation
My international academic education includes studying at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, (A), a Master in Public Administration at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government (USA) and professional certifications in Process Communication Model® (D), Leading Out of Drama ® (USA) ), Systemic organisational and family constellation (A), Tri - Energetics counselling (NL) and studies of Western shamanism with Alberto Villoldo.
From 1999 - 2002, I was serving as a faculty member at Harvard Law School and I worked with Prof. Roger Fisher (Bestselling author of the "Getting to Yes") at the Program On Negotiation (PON). I teach negotiations at the Master Program Strategy, Innovation and Management Control (SIMC) at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and at the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna et al. Awarded as Management Trainer of the Year, I am regularly involved in the Impact Hub Vienna and the Startup Bootcamp Amsterdam.
On my return to Vienna, I founded the non-profit organization Vienna School Initiatives e.V. and initiated the Israeli Palestinian Negotiating Partners in 2000, the Balkan Negotiation Partners in 2004 and headed the Young Negotiator Initiative since 2015. I support the CTBTO, OSCE, Worldbank, UNIDO and the European Energy Community as part of workshops and tailor-made capacity building programs.
